Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your GIA pieces, but if something isn't right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Select Return Option

  Choose between an exchange for a different size or a refund to store credit via a digital gift card.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
